The location is fantastic, the property is detached and 20 mins walk to the City centre or 10 mins drive, on bus route into City centre and close to by-pass to Malvern.

The room is a pleasant double room for SINGLE OCCUPANCY on first floor at the rear of the property. The room shares a bathroom with a male and femaile tenant. There is a large fitted kitchen and gas central heating throughout. The room benefits from a double divan bed and mattress with a double mirrored wardrobe/drawers, desk space and chair. Newly fitted double glazed windows.
Every room has its own Digital TV point installed.

All bills are inclusive of gas, water, electric, fast broadband and Council Tax.
