I am Sophie and I am a live in landlord. I have a 3 bedroom house in St Johns, Worcester and I share my House with Helen and Kay.
Helen is moving out of the large, double room, and therefore I am looking to find another working professional to live with myself and Kay.
We are both 35 year old females, working professionals, clean, tidy and respectful and we are looking to welcome someone similar. I live in Spain 50% of the time, so usually there are just 2 people in the house.
The room: It's a large double room with ample space, it has 4 build in Wardrobes, with mirrored doors, an Ottoman Double Bed with Ample Storage. The room is at the back of the house next to the bathroom, and looks over the large garden.
The House: A 3 bed semi detached, with a large lounge & diner, a modern large kitchen, downstairs toilet, drive and garden.
The room is £650 PCM and includes all bills and WIFI.
