I have a large 3 bedroom semi detached house in Georgina Avenue, off Bromwich Road, St Johns, Worcester.

The house has a driveway, parking, a large patio & garden. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Large kitchen diner and lounge.

The room available is the best in the house, it's a large double room with a king sized bed, 4 full length build in mirrored wardrobes and is next to the bathroom.

I live in the small room when I am in the country which is half of the year, and Lydia who is a 24 YO nurse has the middle room. I am an accountant and we are both working professionals and we are looking for another female to join us in this clean, tidy, quiet and respectable house share.

The rent is £700pcm all bills included and the minimum term is 6 months for obvious reasons. We welcome someone who we can get on with, have a chat to while we make coffee in the morning, but equally respects time and gets on with their day as we do.
