I have super fast fibre, so you will never worry about poor service. There is plenty of free parking along the road. The room is furnished and has a telly with freeview and Netflix. There is also a mini fridge in the wardrobe. You will have a double bed with a larger duvet. Duvet covers supplied if needed and a laundry basket.
You will have shared use of the kitchen. There is a downstairs shower and toilet for you to use and an extra toilet upstairs next to a shared living room.
The house also has a sitting area to the side of the house and large garden to the rear.
Lastly, I do have a pet dog and a parrot. They will sometimes make noise, so if you have very sensitive hearing and are easily disturbed this may not be the best fit for you. However, if like me you love animals and feel you would enjoy their company then you will fit right in and be welcome.
Council tax will be included in the rent if this will be your main residents.
