Shared student house close to Worcester university in Arrowsmith Avenue WR2. We have one room left open to rent. We have 2 students in and need a 3rd student.
Gas and electric, broadband is included in the rental price £115PW. We are only allowed to accept students and proof of student identification will be required before we will issue a contract. Call if you have any questions or we can send you a video before you view.
