Student shared house

I’m looking for somone to take over my tenancy ASAP. I’ve lived here since September the two housemates are both medical students and are really easy to get along with and always make an effort to talk and keep the place tidy. I’m only moving due to dropping out of uni I’ve had no issues with the property at all and it’s a really nice place to live. Also the room available is a downstairs bedroom (living room converted into bedroom) so it’s a really nice way to have your own space and still get along with the housemates. Alongside the downstairs bedroom is access to a downstairs bathroom which is just the other side of the kitchen which is also a really nice addition. By just talking to my housemates it came to be agreed that upstairs bedrooms would use upstairs bathroom so it is also positively your own space in that sense also.

If you phone me it will be a quicker process, also I’m looking to be out of the property and off the contract hopefully within the next week/ 2 weeks maximum.
