The flats is in an older build so big rooms and high ceilings Large living area with TV , equipped kitchen and bathroom with over bath shower to share. Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer. It is a ground floor flat with private entrance with paving around the flat that gives some outside space. There is a parking space right in front of the flat. Bills are included. Good WiFi connection.
The flat is max 15 mins walk to Worcester town centre.
I am a mature, professional female who works full time, sometimes long hours, Monday to Friday.
Looking for someone who wants their privacy but some level of interaction, clean and respectful. Unfortunately no parties!
I will consider weekday stays and happy to negotiate rent.
