Very Small Room,In Lovely House

the room im offering is very small, which reflects in the price i think. nevr realy intended to rent it out, but i have once before, so thought i may aswell again for financial reasons more than anyting else. it is clean and tidy, with single bed and small wardrobe. and my house is comfortable. would suit someone who peraphs just wants a base to put their head down so to speak. peraphs someone who wont be here that often. im very sociable person, but also like my own space from time to time, i have 3 cats, and i am a smoker, so if either of these issues bother you, its maybe not the right room for u. just want someone friendly, clean and tidy, mutual respect for each other, and honest and trustworthy goes without saying. so if u think this may be suitable for you, get in touch. look forward to hearing from you, be happy to answer any further questions you may have, and can arrange a viewing as and when you require. happy to let the room for short lets to. if its available at the time needed. mon to Friday lets available at reduced rate of 40. 00 a week.
