Large Single & Large Double Room *Bills Included*

Hi, I have Single Room for £325. 00 in St Johns, Close to the city centre and easy access to the M5 for commuting.

I am a live in landlord and the only resident, I am 27, work full time and would like someone to share my house that will respect it as much as I do. i am clean, tidy and organised and would like someone on the same level as me.
I have sky, broadband, telephone which is all included along with all other bills in the £375/£425 per month (depending on which room). I have a large living room, kitchen and back garden. There is ample street parking right outside the front door.
