Double room situated in St Johns within walking distance of the Uni, town and super markets. Close to the M5 if working north or south of Worcester. Utility bills are included ( but Council tax is extra if working ) plus wi-fi. Shared bathroom and kitchen and use of the communal room, some kitchen utensils included. The house is situated in a small cul-de-sac. A small garden with table and chairs to sit out in of an evening to unwind with access from the back alley for a bicycle.
