Spacious Double Room in Quiet Location

Spacious double room for rent in a quiet area of St Johns, overlooking a green with very easy access to the University and the motorway.

I've recently bought a semi-detached house with my girlfriend who lives in Birmingham and we're looking to find a lodger! It's usually just me in the house, i work a full-time job and travel abroad fairly regularly so need a flatmate whose happy to be independent and respectful of work schedules.

The house is very clean and would be a perfect place to study for a degree or crash out after work. We're both pretty laid back so we're just looking for someone pleasant to share the house with!

The whole house is shared, with the exception of one bedroom. There is also a private rear garden. All bills are included in the monthly rent. The house is fully furnished with gas central heating and is double glazed.
