It is furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, built in storage cupboard and double bed. Kitchen and bathroom are a large size. There is a lovely communal area leading out to a landscaped garden. At the front there is room for two cars and a lot of space to park on the street too. 5 minute walk from St a Johns campus and 15 minute walk to town centre. Local amenities include Sainsburys and a leisure centre. Very quiet area.
Currently there are three lovely female students living in the property. All very clean and tidy!
