Quiet area, lively housemates

Downstairs bedroom is a large room with a single bed but you can fit a double in there.
We are two lively students but would like to fill the rooms :)
I sort out the gas and electric every couple of months alongside the wifi, I normally just pop it on the fridge and give a deadline, simple.
We just simply say that there's four things we don't share... Men, towels, grub and knickers... So if you're a fella back off my delicates...
