Small but high quality finish new-build house, neutral decor, lounge with patio door to secluded garden and views of surrounding trees, separate kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over. Choice of one of two double bedrooms. All bills except gas included. Free wifi.

Close (5 min walk) proximity to University but designated student-free close. Lovely 20 minute walk, part along river, to town centre, yet within 5 minutes of countryside! Off street parking.

I will be often be in London, but bought the house as it's near my parents and I will occasionally spend extended periods here. So this is an incredible opportunity to (mostly) have the space of a small house to yourself and occasionally the presence of a quiet, very considerate landlady :) !

I am an ex-academic (science) turned complementary therapist who loves dancing but is quiet at home and am looking for someone tidy but relaxed, and compatible company for occasional shared occupancy.

For rare longer visits I may bring my two cats so you must absolutely be an animal lover. Sorry but I can't accommodate other pets, smokers, students, shift-workers, couples or DSS.

The room should be available from early April but if someone suitable comes forward sooner you may be able to have some input in the choice of furniture and decor of your room!

Min 3 months contract preferred and for the right person the room could be available indefinitely.
