Hi I am renting out a spare room. It is a furnished (optional) double room in a quiet cul-de-sac in St John's, Worcester. It is about 15/20 minute walk into town. There is off road parking and a reasonably sized back garden. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is wifi. I have a well behaved 12 month old Labrador, so you must get on with dogs. I'm looking for a clean, tidy and considerate house mate.
