There are six light and airy rooms including two sitting rooms, spread over three floors so there is plenty of room to manouvre. The facilities are modern (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, broadband with wifi, central heating, woodburner).

The room is 3. 3 x 3. 4m (10'10" x 11'2") and furnished (items adaptable) with a lovely view and it's own sink.

Rent is £400pcm which includes services/utilities (electricity, oil, water, tv licence, firewood, broadband, Sky tv family package).

I'm a self-employed professional who has the lease on the property. I'm generally sociable and tidy, enjoy having occasional guests and a bit of conversation but understand when people just want to have their own space.
