Double room to rent

I have a double room to rent in a 3 bed semi-detached new build just outside stourport-on-severn, available from 1st January 2022. Off road parking and bills all included. The room is fully furnished and although no en-suite, the main bathroom is not used much by myself.
I have a friendly dog who lives with me, so lodger must be dog friendly. House is very clean and tidy.
I work a few days from home in the week and other times I work away. So you will sometimes have the place to yourself. The ideal lodger will be a professional who doesn't smoke, easy going and tidy.
With good links to Worcester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and the M5 it is an ideal location.
Willing to consider short term or Monday to Friday options as well. References and deposit will be required. Please message if your interest. Thanks
