Looking for a house mate Modern home Stourport

I have a 4 bedroom modern detached home in a nice area of Stourport-on-severn which I bought some years ago I am looking for a reliable clean pleasant lodger as these days as away fairly often and with children having grown up and moved out needs someone else about, I am just looking for a trust worthy person who can rent the second double bedroom. The others I have no wish to rent. They have full access to the house, its amenities including the use of a newly refurbished main bathroom with bath and shower that is very rarely used. The house is warm and centrally heated and in a very quiet area near the river and on the east side, there is parking on the drive, the bills are included.
