Small Barn, cabin or Annex

The Ferguson Suite- so named after the tractor that used to live there.
A small ground floor cabin with lobby, commercial servery with fridge with free cider and eggs, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, Microwave oven and wood fired range with two ovens, bed /sitting room and separate bathroom with wc, shower and heated towel rail.

The servery may be shared with us occasionally at educational events and harvest time in October November. Don't worry, Notice will be given in advance and we have one booking in October 2022.

Small Double bed with solid base /under bed storage. Drop down table with two bar type chairs and a splendid comfy chair with footstool. 2 fixed items of furniture provide lots of storage. Underfloor heating and a very high standard of insulation make this a cosy refuge.

Outside there is a covered sitting area with work bench and a couple of acres of gardens for you to enjoy as your own.

Accessed up a steep muddy driveway and gates make this a very secluded hideaway. we are creating a firm parking area near the accommodation for use in wet conditions. If you need electric vehicle charging it will be only a 13 amp supply

The WiFi is enabled with 20 mbs down and 5 mbs up. ....There is a Yamaha based sound system with remote and a DAB radio- you can link it to the Yamaha. The cost will include laundering bed linen, towels and tea cloths. However- our energy bills have risen alarmingly and we almost certainly have to make a surcharge based on actual costs. please understand this is due to global factors.

THERE IS NO flatmate; but i couldn't find a way around the form without filling it in. If you are a good shot there are too many rabbits here...
Lovely views, to Malverns and the cider orchard with lots of wildlife, covered sitting area (great for breakfast) picnic bench outside, and brazier for fire and outdoor cooking.
