Small Barn, cabin or Annex

A compact and well appointed cabin with a double bed sitting room with windows on 3 elevations attached to a commercial servery, shower room and WC, lobby and external covered patio. Free wifi is available.

The well insulated accommodation has a sound system, dab radio and underfloor electric heating. The servery has larder fridge, large double sink and drainers, gas hob, electric oven/grill, commercial microwave, washing machine and 2 further ovens on a wood burning range.
Part of the understanding of taking this accommodation is that the servery will very occasionally be used at harvest time when cider making courses are taking place. This is late October and early November. Energy prices may increase and we reserve the right to reassess the payment.

The covered patio overlooks the orchard and is ideal for breakfast outside watching the wildlife and listening to the birds. A picnic bench and Brazier are provided. The orchard provides the cider and the hens provide eggs and the cockerel provides an early alarum call.

With several acres to enjoy and a collie to throw sticks for, the old tractor shed - sorry cabin - is ideally suited for someone who has a love of the outdoors.
