Large Room to Rent in a Large Farmhouse

A large bedroom, ensuite with a lounge area. All bills included plus wi-fi. Bedroom can be cleaned at a charge. The bedroom is furnished with double bed and bedside tables, 2 chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and a sofa. There is lots of storage space. There is a tv point and room to put a small dining table if required. The ensuite has an electric shower, toilet and sink, with mirror and towel rail. There are 5 velux windows in the room with black out blinds. The house has central heating and is on a timer.
We live in a large farmhouse and you would be sharing with my husband, myself and two others. There is use of a shared kitchen and all plates, cutlery etc. You would have your own fridge in the utility and a shelf in the pantry, you will have a section of a large freezer in the garage, use of a washing machine and dryer, a washing line in better weather is to be used and a dishwasher. There is a large Aga, electric cooker and hob. All mod cons.
There is a large garden which you can use, and the house is set in beautiful farmland which belongs to the house. We also have a small 9 hole golf course (Payable) and a large fishing pool with boat house.
We have one house dog, Buster a 14 yr old boarder Terrier and one farm dog (Friendly terrier). There are cattle on the farm and sometimes you get to smell them!!! There are obvious farm noises with living on a working farm and from an active house.
It is a lovely house and we take pride in it being kept clean and tidy, it is a beautiful place to live.
Plenty of parking and a garage for wellie and coat storage.
We are a friendly, sociable family.

There is shed storage if needed.
The house is just 5 minutes from Tenbury wells where there is a Tesco and lots of small independent shops etc. 30 minutes from Worcester and Hereford and Ludlow is only 15 minutes away.
There is a gym and pool in Tenbury and lots of sports clubs to join.
Its a rural farm but with the advantage of being close to city life.
