We are a professional couple currently living with three cats. We have a spare room for rent. It is currently furnished including a sizeable wardrobe, single bed and futon. You are free to decorate and rearrange the room as you see fit, including changing any of the current furniture. Rent includes access to shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge and all bills (including full fibre broadband). There is communal off street parking around the corner from the property. Rent is £500. pcm and is payable in advance at the end of the preceding month. We look forward to meeting you!
