The bedroom available comes fully furnished with:

I have my own en-suite so you will have exclusive use of the main bathroom.
The house is less than a 10 minute drive into Worcester town centre, less than 10 minutes to all the main train stations and 5 minutes to the M5.
**The rent is inclusive of all bills including Sky TV, Amazon Prime TV and Netflix.**
The house has a driveway with space for two cars, one of which I use.
I am looking for a friendly flat mate who is clean and tidy. I also work from home three days a week and have a separate office to work from. I’m very sociable and it would be lovely to enjoy someone’s company and maybe go for a drink with.
I have got an adorable house cat called Pumpkin so I hope you like cats.
