You will have sole access to the main bathroom, as I have the ensuite room. Parking space on the drive, as well as plenty of parking in general. All bills included. Shared used of the living room, kitchen and garden. Garden is looking a little sad right now, but springs coming and I like to get the BBQ as soon as possible!!
