I am looking for a female lodger to share my spacious two-bedroom first.
I lead a busy life and, when I'm at home, I enjoy a quiet and relaxed environment.
This room would be ideal for a teacher, trainee doctor, or other professional looking for a peaceful place to live.
The accommodation includes:
- Large double bedroom
- Shared bathroom and kitchen
- Beautiful, spacious shared garden
- Storage space available in the garage
- First-floor flat in a rural location
Please note that the lounge is not included as a shared space and is for my personal use.
The room includes:
- Double bed with duvet and pillow (please provide own bedding)
- built in wardrobe
- x2 bedside tables (no lamps)
- desk and chair
- storage kallax unit
The flat is situated in a fairly rural area, so having your own transport and being able to drive is important.
Availability: From 1st September (earlier move-in by a few days can be arranged if needed).
Viewings: I will be away between 21st July and 23rd August, so room viewings will need to take place either before I leave or after I return.
