The kitchen is fully equipped, inc dishwasher, with adjoining breakfast/ dining room, also a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The lounge doubles as a cinema with HD projector and sound system. The garden has a gazebo with sofa for all year round enjoyment.

Tesco or Waitrose a 5 minute drive, co-op and 24hr petrol station a 2 minute walk, Diglis basin and river a 4 minute walk. Parking is on street, normally a space or two, no permit required.

Minimum stay is 6 months, average stay is over two years.
