The house itself is shared by working professional tenants who have communal use of a large, spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen with hobs, ovens, washer/dryers. There are also several modern shower rooms available.

A weekly cleaner attends the property to ensure that the communal areas are kept to a high standard and we also employ a professional maintenance team who are available 24/7 should they be required.

Rent is inclusive of all bills: electric, water, heating, council tax, tv licence.
