I have a double bedroom to sublet, situated in the Bevere area of Worcester, in a detached bungalow. Very close to the A449.

Very quiet, garden facing room with new bed, new mattress and bedding and with a big wardrobe.

Shared kitchen with breakfast table, shared bathroom. Use of washing machine.

There is a small living room (ca. 12 sqm) housing a fridge freezer, which is otherwise for your use only.

The house inside is non-smoking area, but smoking is fine on the roofed patio or in the large garden.

Sky original HD television optional.

Includes sky fibre optic Wi-Fi and all bills.

I am looking for a quiet and tidy housemate who is ok with my dog - I own a little, very friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
Females preferred!
I tend to keep myself to myself, but I like the occasional chat and company too. I speak English and German.

£375 pcm and £200 deposit.
