Sunny double room to let

I have a furnished double room to let in my 3 bedroomed house. It has a double bed, small chest of drawers, hanging wardrobe, bedside table and TV. I live about a 15-20 minute walk from Foregate Street train station and the city centre, It's a 10 minute drive to either junction 6 or 7 of the M5 or the hospital. I live here with my lovely although lively (medium sized) dog. If you're a professional person who'd like Mon-Fri accommodation (or days within these) you keep a clean and tidy space, you're a happy character, and comfortable with dogs then it'll be great to hear from you.
