Double room fully furnished for one person only to rent. No couples or families sorry
Wall rail, blackout curtains, double bed + mattress, two chests of drawers, bedside lamp, brand new carpets
Newly fitted bathroom shared with me, plus one downstairs loo
Garden for shared use, parking is on street
This is room only but use of all shared spaces, house equipment and furniture
There is no extra storage space available outside the room so not suited to someone with lots of stuff to bring or their own furniture
Sharing with only one other person, myself the homeowner ☺️
I have a very friendly Little chihuahua who only barks if someone comes to the door. I can’t accept other animals unfortunately after some stressful experiences!

I’m looking for someone chilled, quiet and considerate as a housemate, I do all the cleaning but ask that you clean up after yourself and keep the room hoovered and dusted.
My boyfriend stays 1-2 nights a week.
There is no tv in the house as it’s not something I regularly watch, if you want a tv in your room please use headphones 🙂
I am really used to sharing with others having lived around the world in various flatmate/houseshare scenarios, I’m into yoga, nature, travel, reading, art and design, interiors and fitness among other things :)

The room must be kept clean, hoovered and generally cleaned regularly please :)


I work a lot but like the house to be chilled, really sorry but I cannot accept Night Shift workers I’m afraid. And sorry no couples, this is for single occupancy only


20min walk into town
10min walk to Shrubhill station
2min walk to co-op supermarket
Ideally looking for three month agreement to start. If it’s not working out notice can be given sooner and extension after if it’s working is fine too

Deposit of £630 required, full lodger agreement provided, full references are required from employer and/or former landlord
