Double Room in a 2 bed house

Im looking for someone professional who will occupy my spare room.
It's fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and a beauty/working desk (can be removed and changed about)
I own the house and live here myself but spend alot of time away from home.
My reasoning behind the cost a month is purely the fact that I'm hardly there so the house would be yours alot of the time.

There is a newly refurbished kitchen and shared bathroom aswell as a conservitory leading to the garden.
