Double room on quiet street

I have a double room to rent in a 2 bedroom terraced house in the Barbourne area of Worcester.
Close to city centre, hospital and the M5 for commuting to Birmingham (as I usually do).

I am open to just weekday/weekend/flexible lets too.

The house has a separate dining room, living room and kitchen, a small back coutyard with rear access to a quiet road for parking in addition to the drive at the front. There is also a basement and loft for storage.
There is a home office in a third smaller bedroom I would be happy to share for work from home arrangements. The double bedroom for rent would either be in the loft or a front bedroom.
There is one bathroom with a shower over bath.

I have put £550 as a rough estimate for monthly rent, to be discussed with anyone who is interested.

About me!
I am originally from Scotland and have lived in Worcester for 2 years. I work for Birmingham city council public health, I enjoy cooking, baking, eating out, socialising, going to the gym, being active and doing DIY/crafting. I also really enjoy cosy evenings in. I am vegetarian but would be willing to share with a non-vegetarian. I am generally clean and tidy and would expect the same from a housemate.
