The house has one large communal area - kitchen/ dining area, with a Smart 43 inch TV; including 2 large fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, washing machine and tumble dryer! There is also a private gated rear garden perfect for chilling out in the summer months.

The room is spacious with plenty natural light, this room also includes an en-suite.

Rate:
BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price, so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), unlimited access to high-speed broadband (wifi). Council tax will be paid separately for £30pcm via direct debit. There is also our friendly CLEANING TEAM that will clean all the communal area biweekly.

Housemates:
This is a house share for people working within the healthcare industry, we have experience dealing with tenants working in this industry and know how to create the ideal environment.
