Flat Mate Wanted

Well furnished flat located on the ground floor for easier access. Includes all the essential appliances, like dishwasher, washing machine fridge freezer, fan assisted oven etc. You would need to help pay towards utility bills and council tax but broadband I’ll happily pay for. I’m preferably looking for a female to live with, as I find them easier to get on with and to be frank, they aren’t bone idle and lazy like the last few male flat mates I’ve had. My ideal flat mate would be someone I feel comfortable around, polite and chill and helps with their fair share of chores :D If you’re into sports and gaming then it’s a bonus but that really isn’t the end of the world haha. I’m a very laid back guy, that’s extremely easy to get along with and because I don’t drink or go clubbing anymore, then you won’t have to worry about me coming home late at night/early in the morning. I work a 9/5 essentially, so I have no excuses when It comes to cleaning etc :)
