Large double plus private bathroom

This is a 3 bedroom, new build house (3rd bedroom is not let). Council band C. The vacant room is the largest bedroom with a king size bed and you will have private use of the adjoining bathroom (I use my en suite), which also has a shower over the bath.

There is a spare parking space on the drive in front of the house so you don't need to worry about finding a space when getting home from work. You can walk into the city centre within 15-20 minutes depending on your pace and Shrub Hill station is a 10 minute walk.

I am around the house a lot but you are welcome to share the lounge, kitchen/diner and garden areas. This would suit a professional person, who doesn't work from home and is not put off by tidyness - the house is kept like a show home at all times!

I'm pretty chilled out. I enjoy watching most sports and also crime or first-responder dramas. The odd documentary. If none of that suits, you will have a strong wifi signal in your room, as the wifi is super-fast fibre-to-property.

No guests allowed to stay over.
