Professional flatmate wanted for a 6 month shared tenancy in a spacious diglis apartment.

Good sized double bedroom (Super King bed pictured), large combined kitchen and living room and a large family bathroom that you would have almost completely to yourself. Ideally looking for someone from Worcester or who has been here for a while and is looking for a long term rent.

The diglis area has lovely walks and access to the riverfront, close to town, with nearby park, pub, shops and the diglis basin. As well as lots of of on-street parking.

The let will be a 6 month tenancy agreement with the possibility to continue on on a rolling contract.

Currently paying £750/month each which covers rent, all bills and council tax. The flat and room is Unfurnished. The current tenant is happy to leave bed and wardrobes if desired.

The flat does come with a single gated parking spot but this is used by myself full time.
