This place is a steal and a good price and location, as well as peaceful and quiet.

I am leaving my apartment as relocating back to London in November, but the apartment is available now for someone wanting to move straight away.

The bedroom is a very big super king room and comes with a super king size bed and hanger triple wardrobe included, in a very big ground floor apartment with your own bathroom (shower and bath) which has storage units in and most of space. The apartment comes with a large furnished living room, communal TV, and fitted new kitchen, (dishwasher / washing machine / dryer etc), with a balcony with privacy, and off street parking (if needed).

The WiFi comes with the apartment and is paid in advance (one less bill)

This place is actually a good deal as the tenancy is for renewal in April 2025, and after that it is optional to re sign if you wanted to stay long term with the current flatmate, or do a rolling monthly contract.

Intercom for the apartment and weekly communal cleaner, and secure post.

The rent is £600 PCM, and the bills are usually around 120 PCM and wifi is paid until the end. The bills here are quite cheap and the apartment is well insulated

The area is very quiet and a professional area, and minutes from the river and Diglis dock area. There is never any noise and it’s very peaceful and quiet.

Anytime fitness gym is 45 second walk from the apartment. Anchor pub and Diglis house 5 minute walk and city centre 15 minute walk and the cathedral is 10 minute walk along the river.

If moving for October, or November, the rent for that month will be half paid as it’s paid in advance. So essentially half months rent free :-)
