City Centre house, 2 mins walk from the river and approx. 7 min walk to the high street (if you take your time)! A large double bedroom in a converted basement, with the added benefit of its own attached living room with sofa and tv. resident parking permit available.
You would be living with a 2 sociable females who work 5 days a week, please note there are 2 cats living in the house so not suitable for anyone with pet hair allergies. The house has one bathroom, 2 toilets, conservatory, garden, living room, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher etc and a tumble dryer.
