Town House Share Near City Centre

I’m currently looking for one housemate for a quirky Victorian townhouse share, located less than a 15-minute walk from Worcester Cathedral and town centre.

The let includes your own bedroom with a key and shared access to:

Living room

Kitchen

Dedicated office space

Utility room

Garden

There is no off road parking but I rarely struggle to find a space within close proximity to the house.

The house is well located (walking distance from Foregate and Shrub Hill and a few minutes drive to the motorway) and spacious, with high ceilings, double-glazed windows, and original Victorian features. A new kitchen and bathroom have recently been fitted.

The house belongs to my parents, who live next door. I usually stay there and only stay at this listed accommodation occasionally (around twice a week or less). I’m a working professional in television and am rarely at the house, so you would more or less have the place to yourself.

Please note the following conditions:

The house will be going on the market around Feb so there may be intermittent viewings in the spring which we will always make you aware of. And anticipate around a six month sale, which is why it’s listed as a short-term let.

We’re carrying out occasional odd jobs and light renovation mainly to the basement (which is closed off), so there may be some disruption at times.

I’m happy to consider bookings for less than a month.
