There is no off road parking but I rarely struggle to find a space within close proximity to the house. and spacious, with high ceilings, double-glazed windows, The house encompasses original Victorian features and a new kitchen and bathroom have recently been fitted.

This property belongs to my parents, who live next door. There is one other housemate.

Please note the following conditions:

The house will be going on the market around June so there may be intermittent viewings in the spring which we will always make you aware of. And anticipate around a six month sale, which is why it’s listed as a short-term let.

We’re carrying out occasional odd jobs and light renovation mainly to the basement (which is closed off).
