Looking for someone to house share

I have recently split with my partner and I am looking for someone to split rent with.

Very modern style house with a drive, no garden, large built in kitchen, large living room space.

2 cats currently living here, if you have any pets I would have to ask the current landlord if it's ok for another, and would respectfully request that we introduce the animals first as it's quite a stressful process.

I work 8-6, Monday to Friday so if I'm not replying during the week until after 6 you'll know why, but will try to respond asap.
