The house has a large 28ft kitchen/dining area, plenty of cupboard storage space for all your food. There is also a piano which you are more than welcome to use.

Lots of on-road parking available with a possibility of on drive parking if required.

The motorway (Junction 6) is located 5 minutes away by car so is handy for commuting. There are 2 chip shops, pizza shop, a Chinese, post office, chemist, newsagents, several pubs, petrol station, 2 x Co-op's and a Londis shop all less than ½ mile away. It takes 30 minutes to walk into town (1½ miles).

There is a field at the end of the road which will take you down to the river and open countryside. Feel free to borrow the dog, he’ll never give up an opportunity to go for a walk.
