The house has just been fully refurbished to a very high standard throughout. There is a brand new bathroom, the living room has french doors leading to the small courtyard garden and the kitchen is new with velux skylight windows and designer radiator. All bills will be included in the rent and a cleaner is at the house weekly to look after communal areas.
