Double room to let in shared house

Hi, I'm a Worcester native, recently purchased a new house, looking for a lodger to help repay the bank of mum and dad.
the room is a smallish double, but has good built in storage, comes semi-furnished with bed and table, use of a parking space is included.
The house is non-smoking has the usual plus home office space and a conservatory. There is good outdoor storage for a bike with side access. The terraced garden has easy access to a wood, it backs on-to. Would suit professional person, too small for a couple. Use of wifi is included, house has BT and Sky sports. Landlord is fairly easy-going, being a rugby fan would be a big advantage. have to say not a massive fan of reality TV/ talent(less) shows, if I'm being kind. Rent payable in advance by direct debit. First month's rent to be received in advance of releasing keys.
