We are looking for a friendly, tidy housemate for a spacious, downstairs room (6. 5m x 3. 7m) in a sunny house within easy walking distance of Foregate Station and the city centre.
You would be sharing with two professionals and a Ukrainian lady who is here on the Homes for Ukraine scheme. We are looking for someone sociable whilst being at the same time respectful of the other tenants' privacy.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers, armchair, desk and chair. There is a patio window from room opening onto the rear garden.
There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs the newly fitted bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The open plan living area has all the normal appliances and there is a tumble dryer and freezer in the cellar.
There is a large private garden at rear with side access for bikes, etc.
There is space in front of the house for two small cars and there is on-road parking in Chestnut St between 6pm and 8am. Unrestricted parking is less than 4 mins walk away.
