Five double rooms available in a CITY CENTRE spacious furnished recently refurbished five bedroom traditional terrace house set over three floors with gas central heating, two shower rooms, one reception room and maintained garden. FIVE INDIVIDUAL ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE. £85 per room per week for the four larger rooms, £75 for the smaller double room inclusive of water and wifi. Tenants responsible for their own council tax exemption/payment if not a student. Including gas and electric bill allowance. Administration charges including VAT £60 for each applicant plus £60 per guarantor. The full administration fee is required with any application made and this is non refundable once accepted in principle and referencing has begun. Deposit £400 per person per room.
