hi im looking for an employed single female to share my lovely house with. yes you will have your own small double funished bedroom. but have free use of: bathroom, living room, garden, kitchen, conservatory and own parking space. All wrapped up in a nice quiet safe end terraced house in a town location. would suit an easy going considerate mindful lady who doesnt mind a friendly cat.

i am a chilled out lady whoes, home is a safe place which i like to keep tidy, so you can have friends to visit but you will be expected to clean up after yourself and adhear to some basic common sense and consideration rules.

No couples please, single lady preferred.

The price excludes food and use of the landline, but includes cleaning of communal areas.
