I'm looking for a new roomie.....a lady though please....sorry guys!
I live in a good sized 2 bed Victorian terraced house within 15 mins walk of the City centre with easy access to junction 6 of the M5 in a quiet area, with local amenities within a few hundred yards.
There is one off road and one on road parking space outside the house - occasionally you need to be good at reverse parking! There is more on street parking round the corner too.
The double bedroom, is light and airy and overlooks the garden with a large shared bathroom (bath + separate shower), living room, dining room and kitchen. All bills including sky, a cleaner and wifi are included in the monthly rent & there's a tv point in the bedroom. Also storage space in the airing cupboard.
There is a large garden with sunny patio area with table & chairs and a washing line.
I'm very easy going and enjoy a quiet night in as much as a good night out with friends. I have a good sense of humour and get on with most people and am hoping to find a similar person with the same attitude to life to share my home with.
