Lovely room avaliable close to town

Hi my name is Jen. I have a double room available from the end of October. The house is a large 3 bedroom semi detached with off road parking and a large garden. There are 2 double rooms and 1 single, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a lounge and separate dining room. The room is part furnished but I would be prepared to fully furnish it for the right person, and although there is no en-suite there is 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. I have broadband and sky plus. Ideally I would like to share with a female, the kind of person I am looking for is someone who is sociable and likes the odd glass of wine and someone who is willing to help keep the house clean and tidy.
