Bus stop & Local shops like co-op, fish n ships, Pharmacy, POST OFFICE etc are at (short) walking distance & Royal Hospital is at just 5 to 10 Minutes walking distance.
shrub hill train station is just 1. 38 miles away, Town Center is less than 2 miles away

We are a couple living in 3 bedroom house in Ronkswood with one kid & we want to rent out our room. we are staying downstairs and Tenant will stay in upper rooms so no disturbance for tenant.

We are looking for professional nice and friendly female who have no problem in paying rent on time & makes no disturbance for others(living in house)& off course you would also get very friendly and nice environment.

if you are smoker than have to smoke outside the house(No smoking, parties etc allowed inside house).
