Unfurnished double room for rent from the end of April (earlier is a possibility), a bed is available if required

The house is in a great area with easy access to Junction 6 on the M5,
The town centre & Forgate street train station are just a 20 minute walk away,
There are also several bus stops within 60 seconds walk which provide access to all parts of the city and towns such as Birmingham, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and more

Roadside parking is generally available but there is extra parking directly opposite the house if required

In the house we have EE Fibre broadband, and in a communal lounge there is a large flatscreen TV with Sky including Sports, Movies and others

The communal kitchen has plenty of fridge, freezer and cupboard space with microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer etc

Dining room and large garden also available to all tenants, the house has 3 bathrooms, 1 of which is almost exclusively for the available room, all have showers with a bath in one
